Trends in Higher Education: Need for Employment Skills

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to suggest about the current trends in the Higher Education level. It focuses upon the need and the importance of the changes that are applicable in the field of higher education. The department of higher education MHRD has been focusing on the new challenges and is keen in bringing about reforming ideas to upgrade the level of higher education. The students must be equipped well with current trends and skills to cope up with the working scenario of the corporate companies. They must be academically trained to face interviews and must also be given enough internships trainings to know about the field in which they have to shine and as well earn. The higher education regulatory bodies must work together to achieve such desirable changes. At a granular level, many challenges are there to be faced by these regulatory bodies before achieving the pinnacle of 100% success. The future of younger generation are based upon such qualities been improvised rather than mere facilitations.
